    Some people do not accept the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) to be alive. They say that he is dead and mixed with the soil. Allah forbid! The Ahle Sunnah Wal Jama'at believes that the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) is "Hayaatun Nabi", that is, he is alive both physically and spiritually.

    All Anhiya are alive here is proof supporting that the Ambiya are alive is that on the night of Me'raj, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) passed by Sayyiduna Moosa (Aalaihis salaam). He saw him in his grave standing and reading his Salaah.

    The Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Recite Durood upon me in abundance on a Friday since it is a respected day. On that day the Angels are present and whosoever sends Durood upon me on that day, then his Durood is placed before me till the time when they have completed sending Durood and Salaam". (Sayyiduna Abu Dardah radi Allahu anhu says), "I asked, 'Huzoor! Will you even hear (the Salaam) after your demise?'" The Prophet (sallal laahu alaii wasallam) said, "Verily Almighty Allah has made it Haraam upon the earth to devour the bodies of the Ambiya (alaihimus salaam). Thus, all the Nabis of Allah are alive and they are given sustenance." (Ibn Majah; Jame Sahgeer; Mishkaat Shareef) We learn from this Hadith Shareef that the Ambiya (alaihimus salaam) are alive and they have only been hidden from us. We cannot understand their position, like those of the Angels that they are alive and present but we cannot obtain (see) them. Yes! Those whom Allah has blessed, they can even see them. This has been confirmed that the Ambiya (alaihimus salaam) are alive. (Umdatul Qaari Shara Bukhari)

    This used to be one of my fav nasheed, but i'm afraid i have to do my duty and speak the truth, in Islam or Arabic when when you say "Oh" u mean that he is present, the Prophet(s) has passed away he isn't omnipresent only Allah(Swt) so this is a form of shirk i believe as many Scholors have pointed this out in terms of this nasheed. So the saying of Oh, is what makes this nasheed invalid to listen to as we do not believe the Prophet(s) is still alive, if you have doubts check it up

      A^udhu billah!!! What ignorance, what a big shame on you to call someone a mushrik kafir for saying such a blessed thing as saying " Ya Habibi Ya MuHammad". Did you know that a lot of Islamic scholars from the time of the real Salaf, scholars like Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal said that it is a beloved thing to say: "Ya MuHammad" when making du^a (supplicating)????
      This was related by his son ^Abdullah.

        If you say that Maher Zain is committing shirk for saying "Ya Habibi Ya MuHammad" then you also say that this great Islamic scholar, a true Salaf scholar would also be a mushrik!!! That is wrong, wrong, wrong!!!!!!!!

        Now i will mention a hadeeth to you so that you can save yourself, the hadteeh means: "If a Muslim calls another Muslim a kafir, then it is 1 of 2 cases: either it is true and that accused person is a kafir, if not then the one whom is judged as a kafir is the one who said "kafir" to that Muslim.
        Here is my advice to you: Correct your belief about this matter and re-enter into Islam by saying the Shahadah. And then repent to Allah for what you did.

          Didn't you hear the hadeeth about the old man whom was blind and was cured from his blindness because the Prophet MuHammad (peace be upon him) taught him a du^a in which the old man at a point had to say: "Ya Muhammad, Inni attawajjahu bika, ila Rabbi fi ..hajati… " The old man went AWAY to perform wudu' and prayed en made this du^a and when he came back to the session of the Prophet (peace be upon him) his blindness was cured!!! This man was NOT PRESENT with the Prophet (alayhis-salam) when he made the du^a (saying Ya MuHammad") and was cured.

            And did you know that years after this had happened and the Prophet (peace be upon him) had died, one of the Shabah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) whom was at that time present in the session with the Prophet (peace be upon him) when the blind old man came. That this Sahabiyy also taught this du^a to another Muslim and his matter was also resolved???

            I sincerely advise you to seek other teachers and to research the origins of the people who taught you these wrong things.
            They're probably from the Wahabi (they call themselves Salafi) sect, so look closely at the origins of their leader: MuHammad ibn ^Abdul Wahhab and how he with the help of the Brittisch spread his false doctrine, killing the Muslims of Makkah and Madeena.
            You can search this also on google, just type in: Memoirs of mr. Hempher, the british spy to the middle east.
            I promise you, you will be amazed about what you will read.

      Dear Zaid. I think you have done wrong by making such an accusation with regard to the validity of saying Ya for the rasool of Allah SWT. There are numerous proofs from the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jammah (The true one which is the Sunni) regarding the validity of proclaiming Ya Nabi. You have strayed from the truth by lending your ear to deviant scholars. Make Taubah before it is too late and do not run down the status of allahs beloved whom allah swt himself has elevated his station. And donot misguide others to your corrupt beliefs by listening to deviant scholars. The prophet SAW is hayaat and living and functioning!!! He is rahmatul lil aalameen in the holy quran. How can one be a rahmah to the whole universe if one is dead naoothubillah! O muslim brothers and whole of humankind, proclaim YA RASOOLALLAH!!!
